Shipping Instructions
To ensure your order is delivered smoothly, please follow these shipping instructions:
Shipping Address:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment or unit numbers.
Delivery Timeline:
- Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next day.
- We do not ship on weekends.
- Delivery typically takes 1-2 days via PostNL except on busy periods.
Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to track your delivery on the PostNL website.
Receiving Your Order:
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where to collect your package.
Shipping Costs:
- Netherlands: €6.95
- Belgium: €9.95

Pick-Up Instructions
If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so at our location in Nieuwerkerk aan den Ijssel every Friday and Saturday.

Pick-Up Hours:
- Fridays: 13:00-15:00
- Saturdays: 13:00-15:00
